1. Be Disciplined: If you want to consider working from home, you have to have that mind frame. You have to discipline yourself in order to make it work. I'm sure you wonder if you can do it. If you can walk it to an office 9-5 every week day, you can dedicate yourself to building a business that works for you and your family that will also generate income for you. You can make working from home an option.

2. Space out your time: Commit time for work. Working from home is indeed working from home you must be able to set time for working. It's great though because you can work your business beginning around 10 am or so, take a break around noon for some lunch, while you have a pot pie in the oven, you can throw in a load of laundry. Eat some lunch and get back to work. Whatever works for you and your family is key.

3. Choose a business that works: I recommend to my clients to start a business based on what they love. Whether a hobby, or something you enjoy-- choose your business right. It makes absolutely no sense to not take advantage of a great opportunity to work from home, if you totally hate what you do-- Work from home!

5. Make Money From Google Ads! When starting an online business, the smartest, fastest and easiest way to make money is with Google Ads. So many business owners create a steady stream of income this way. If you browse websites, you will see that most online business owners have Google Ads on their site. 6. Consider a second phone line! If you decide to run a business where you are working with clients, (as I do) you may want to consider adding a second phone line.I have so many friends that feel that just because I work from home they can catch me any time of the day! SO NOT TRUE! So, I fixed that! I have a separate business line that I use ONLY FOR BUSINESS!

For my clients, I've implemented an individual profile database in my business. I generate their current or potential lifestyle at home, and develop great schedule to begin their business if needed. These are the calls and emails that I answer each day, providing additional free work from home info.

7. Consider having extra help from your spouse: Sometimes it can be a little more challenging to start your business with a small child at home. You do need time to focus, so it helps to work around your baby's sleeping patterns and schedules!

8. Utilize an effective wahm book: Definitely consider referring to a wahm book to get deeper understanding of the world of home business. As a stay at home mom, prioritizing and organization is key. There are plenty of free wahm books that can get you solidly on your way.

9. Keep up with wahm talk: Try to aside down time to get in touch with other wahm's for assistance and advice. There are many forums that you can become a part of to maximize your working from home experience. In these forums, you can also expand your list of free work from home info. Upon deciding to become a stay at home mom, you will encounter different business opportunities in which you will decide upon. Multi-level marketing, all sorts of things.
